Greg Ryan is physically present on all projects during the course of construction offering both supervision and expertise. He treats each project like his own residence. Taking enormous pride in his work, he is conscientious and dependable. He also has excellent communication skills with owners, architects and subcontractors. Greg has worked solely on the Big Island of Hawaii and has been in the construction trade since 1973.

Greg aspired to be an art teacher while in college and you can see his artistic background in all his homes. He has a passion for construction and truly loves what he does.
